Word of advice, do not stay up until 1am the day before you start a detox. It will make the day MUCH harder!
Let's just say I did not pull off the frittata in the am (there's always tomorrow). During the day I was pretty good despite the fact that I am really totally unprepared and my frig looks like a scene from a disaster movie. Movie? Buttered popcorn!! Argh!! 21 days without buttered popcorn? I don't know if I will survive it; I live for that combination.
My blog entries will be brief for awhile as I try to adjust to cooking and getting in bed by 10pm. Also, homework for the kids started this week: fun, fun....
Two big hand fulls of shaved no salt turkey breast and 1/2 cup dulse/quinoa/peas. Pretty good. Not feeling deprived. Definitely going to treat myself with a recipe form Olga's dessert section tomorrow; if i live that long. Hurrah for my going to yoga yesterday and going again tomorrow morning. It's not forever right? My pocketbook (and husband) hopes not.
