What Sleep?

This week is going to be about getting some.  Sleep that is.  Husband snoring next to me with the occasional passing of gas, yes, you heard it right, plus itchy arm syndrome plus TOO MUCH TO DO not conducive to sleeping by 10 pm but this is my goal for this week, and drinking the amount of water I need to really flush my body of toxins.  I have definitely gained an abundance of energy from this diet, now to regulate it better!
